Cancellation Policy

  1. If you have placed your order online and decide that you do not wish to proceed with the delivery of your gift, The Tasty Harlequin will refund you fully within 5 business days ONLY if your order has not been shipped from our warehouse.
  2. If your order has already left our premises and is on-board for delivery, we will NOT be able to cancel your delivery.

Returns and Refunds Policy

  1. The Tasty Harlequin guarantee our products are of the highest quality to ensure customer satisfaction. If you receive an item that has been damaged, faulty or the item is incorrect please contact our customer service team within 14 business days on 1300 733 933 and we will arrange for replacement goods to be sent out immediately.
  2. If a customer has received a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, we allow the choice of a refund or a replacement, dependant on the circumstances.

 

Shipping Damage Refund Policy

The Tasty Harlequin takes the utmost care to ensure your package is received in perfect condition and is exactly what you ordered. In the rare situation that the contents of your order have been damaged in transit The Tasty Harlequin will gladly replace the product in a prompt manner at no extra cost to the purchaser. Reasonable damage to packaging is to be expected when shipping with freight companies such as Australia Post and StarTrack. 

In the unlikely event you are unhappy with your purchase from The Tasty Harlequin all we ask is the parcel is returned in the same condition it was received and a refund of the order will be processed (excluding delivery fees and Shopify transaction fees, variable per order).

 

Returns & Exchange Procedure:

In the circumstance that you need to return or exchange an item please email info@thebasketcase.com.au or call 1300 733 933 to discuss the issue and to help you with the process.


Returns and refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receipt of goods at our warehouse. Payment will be credited back to the original credit card or PayPal account used to purchase the order minus the Shopify transaction fee and delivery fees (variable per order). Please note, if you have paid with Afterpay, we will refund you minus the Afterpay fee of 6.5%, this is not refundable. If The Tasty Harlequin deems the product to be damaged, faulty or is incorrect we will cover the cost of pick up. We will email you a returns consignment label for you to attach to the box and then organize a pick up time.

If the reason for returning the order is due to change of mind, the product is no longer relevant or there is insufficient evidence suggesting The Tasty Harlequin is at fault, the customer is responsible for organising delivery back to our warehouse and all costs involved.
